I wanted to take some time to discuss turnaround times and successfully planning for all of your major events that may need printing throughout the year. One main issue that most face when planning for their events is that they don’t allow enough time to have the content and artwork created which leads to stress and a sloppy last minute promotional piece. The whole reason you are creating a promotional printing hand-out is to give potential customers information on your products and services, if this looks sloppy and thrown together it will hurt your image substantially.
When planning for your next event try to start 4-5 weeks in advance – have the content and artwork done by someone who knows what they are doing. Be sure to download templates for the products you are interested in if you are not sure on the exact dimensions and bleeds. Having everything in hand with time to spare before your event will be a great feeling and help all of those involved be a little less stressed.
